At Sway H2O, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. Due to the nature of consumable goods, our return policy is structured to ensure safety, quality, and fairness.

All Sales Are Final (Consumable Products)

Because Sway H2O is a consumable product, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sway H2O is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
